As a member of the founding leadership team, Veronica helped develop and launch the business, contributing to its operational structure, strategic direction, and service model.
In her role, Veronica works across clinical, operational, and commercial teams to ensure company priorities are aligned and executed effectively. She oversees administration, payroll, logistics, invoice management, hiring, staff coordination, and organizational performance while also contributing to marketing, business development, patient acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
Veronica brings a people-focused and highly collaborative approach to leadership. Her professional experience also includes working in Nevada real estate since 2021, where she has strengthened her capabilities in relationship management, negotiation, client service, and attention to detail. Through thoughtful leadership and operational discipline, Veronica helps create an environment where employees feel supported and patients are treated with empathy, respect, and genuine care.
