As a Patient Care Advisor at Novyx, I help prospective patients navigate the important first steps of their health journey with clarity and confidence. I conduct initial consultations to understand each patient’s needs, answer early questions, and coordinate a medical consultation with our clinical team.
Once a physician-directed treatment plan is ready, I walk patients through their next steps, explain Phase 1 payment options, assist with financing applications, and coordinate payment details. After enrollment, I provide a complete handoff to our Patient Logistics team so patients remain supported and know exactly what to expect as they prepare for care.
I bring more than 15 years of experience in client advocacy, wellness education, entrepreneurship, and personalized service. As the former Founder and CEO of Naked Panda Designs, I spent a decade helping people make high-value, deeply personal wellness decisions.
