Frequently Asked Questions
Why is Novyx therapy more expensive than some other options?
Choosing regenerative medicine is an important decision, and we understand that cost is a significant consideration for many patients.
Our treatment programs reflect the depth of expertise, clinical oversight, and personalized care involved in every case. Each patient undergoes a comprehensive review process supported by experienced physicians, medical specialists, and regenerative medicine professionals who help evaluate your history, goals, and treatment needs.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, we develop individualized treatment plans designed around your specific condition and circumstances. Our focus has never been on providing the lowest-cost option. Our commitment is to deliver a high standard of care, clinical rigor, and patient support throughout your treatment journey.
Where do your stem cells come from?
At Novyx, we maintain strict oversight of the entire stem cell process, from tissue sourcing through treatment delivery. Our Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) are derived from full-term umbilical cord tissue obtained from consenting mothers following healthy births. All donated tissue undergoes extensive screening and testing before it is accepted for clinical use.
Unlike many providers that rely on third-party suppliers or shipped products, our cells are processed and prepared within our controlled laboratory environment. This approach helps us maintain quality standards and minimize unnecessary handling throughout the process.
What does “fresh, never frozen” mean?
Fresh, never frozen means that the cells used for your treatment have not undergone cryopreservation or long-term storage. Once prepared, the cells are processed and administered within a tightly controlled timeframe rather than being frozen, shipped, thawed, and transported between facilities. This process is designed to preserve cell viability and biological activity at the time of treatment.
Our goal is to deliver cells in their most active state whenever possible.
How are the cells handled and verified?
Every treatment undergoes strict quality-control procedures before administration. Cells are processed in a regulated laboratory environment and verified using advanced cell-counting technology to confirm quality, concentration, and viability. This verification process helps ensure that the treatment being administered meets established internal standards for accuracy and consistency.
Patient safety and quality assurance remain central to every stage of the process.
Who oversees my treatment?
Your care is overseen by an experienced medical team specializing in regenerative medicine. Treatment is performed or supervised by senior physicians with extensive experience in stem cell therapies, supported by a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, laboratory specialists, and biologists. Together, they provide clinical oversight throughout your consultation, treatment, and follow-up care.
Our goal is to ensure you feel informed, supported, and confident throughout your experience with Novyx.
Why is a deposit required before treatment?
Stem cell treatments are prepared specifically for each individual patient. Your deposit allows us to reserve clinical resources, coordinate medical scheduling, secure the necessary tissue materials, and begin preparation for your treatment. Because these preparations are individualized and time-sensitive, full payment is required prior to treatment to ensure everything is ready for your scheduled appointment.
Once cells have been prepared for a patient, they cannot be reassigned or reused.
Where is the clinic located?
Novyx operates in the medical district of Tijuana, Mexico, approximately six minutes south of the San Diego border crossing. Our location provides convenient access for patients traveling from across the United States, Canada, and around the world while receiving care in a modern medical environment.
Is this therapy available in the United States?
Regenerative medicine regulations differ significantly between countries. Certain stem cell therapies involving living Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) are not currently approved for widespread clinical use in the United States. As a result, treatment options available in the U.S. may differ from those offered at our clinic in Mexico.
Patients considering regenerative medicine should carefully review available treatment options, discuss potential risks and benefits with qualified healthcare professionals, and make informed decisions based on their individual circumstances.
Can Novyx guarantee results?
No. Every patient responds differently to regenerative medicine, and outcomes can vary based on factors such as age, overall health, diagnosis, severity of condition, and individual biological response.
While many patients pursue stem cell therapy to improve function, mobility, comfort, or quality of life, no provider can ethically or legally guarantee specific results. Our commitment is to provide evidence-informed care, transparent guidance, and realistic expectations throughout the treatment process.
This version aligns more closely with the Novyx brand voice you’ve been developing: empathetic, educational, clinically sophisticated, and focused on informed decision-making rather than aggressive promotion.
